​As soon as you have booked us, we will set up a zoom call to discuss your wedding day needs. Our meeting will help you determine your timeline and discuss what needs to be done next. Our intent is to leave that meeting with you feeling ALOT less stress..
We jump back to your wedding 6 weeks out:
We will schedule a tour of the venue together, fine tune your timeline, create floor plans if needed and start the necessary tasks needed for communication with your vendors.
In the final days leading up to your wedding:
We are putting together a plan to execute your day and in constant communication with your venue, vendors, and you. We (if needed) will direct your wedding rehearsal and help tie any loose ends.
On your Special Day:
You are not dealing with timeline issues, overseeing set up, dealing with late or lost vendors, or wedding mishaps. RELAX............We got it!

​Sometimes you just need a little help. We will meet you where you're at with your wedding planning and be prepared to help move along the process. If you are getting buried and overwhelmed with wedding planning - we will provide the guidance to get you where you need to be. We will review what you have done and what still needs to be done, provide ideas and suggestions on any remaining vendors you are needing, go over your contracts and help get you organized. Are there vendor meetings that need to be done? We can help set those up as well.
With this package, we are focusing less on design and more on planning and getting the entire process organized and under control. Everything from the 'Month Of' Package is included!

​The most stressful parts of wedding planning is that it takes up a lot of time. Time researching venues + vendors who can fit your vision, budget, time, date, location, wedding size and design. There are a lot of mazes to go through that might lead you to closed doors. We eliminate that stress by finding the right vendors, handling vendor communications, budgeting, managing payments, scheduling, checking availability, and following up with all bookings. We will literally handle the event from end-to-end so you can concentrate on other things.
